SiSCHEDULE® online application allows you to scheduling employee work shifts by workplaces and groups, managing employee absences and availability.The application is  suitable for hospitals, pharmacies, shops and other activities that need an ordered and systemized working calendar.

SiSCHEDULE® online application allows you to scheduling employee work shifts by workplaces and groups, managing employee absences and availability. Scheduling of shifts is performed in two steps: preparation and confirmation of the schedule. All data entered in SiSchedule is stored in the MYSQL database and available for processing and analysis (statistics and reports). The system itself performs an automatic check of the schedule,reporting possible errors/inconsistencie on employes day off or their exceeding working time.

Administrator users can use all the functionalities of the application: manage user access, assigns employees to workplaces and working groups, manages absences and confirms it, has insight to user availability and statistics, prints reports and define system settings (e.g. the structure of the work shifts).

A User, an employee with limited access, can access only to some functionalities of the application: personal calendar, working group shift calendar, can enter personal absences from work, availability for shifts and print personal reports.
