AMS 159P PORTABLE METEOROLOGICAL STATION
AMS 159P is small, lightweight, computerised, low power portable meteorological station for ground measurements in special conditions. It replaces previous model, PMP 124A.
Main features of AMS 159P are:
can be easily transported
can be assembled quickly and is fully operational immediately after the assembling
measures parameters important for ballistics, chemical protection, radiological protection, and aviation meteorology
no need to orient the mast, due to the integrated electronic compass
high accuracy
simple operation
long autonomy with the built in battery
internal data storage
data transfer
Station consists of:
Meteorological mast with the accessories
Measuring unit AMS 159P
battery charger
Wind sensor VMT 107
Air temperature sensor DTE 75A
Combined air temperature / relative humidity sensor DTV 124
Soil temperature sensor DTZ 124

Station is powered by the built in hermetically sealed battery. It is also possible to power it from the mains through the power supply unit or from an external 12V battery. The internal battery powers the station for at least 24 hours.
